    A metallurgical engineer checks grade, melting route, forging ratio, heat treatment and test requirements against your specification.

    You receive price, lead time, delivery condition and a proposed inspection plan, with any open points listed for clarification.

    Order and traceability

    Each forging ships with an EN 10204 3.1 certificate, 100% volumetric UT and full heat-number traceability. Third-party witnessing is available.

What inspection documents are supplied with each order?

Every shipment is supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 material test report covering chemical analysis, mechanical properties and heat-treatment records, backed by 100% volumetric ultrasonic testing and full heat-number traceability. Classification-society witnessed certificates (CCS, DNV, ABS, LR, BV) are available on request.
